All garments and apparel offered by the Company are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice. Product images displayed are for representation purposes only. Actual products may vary in color, design, or specifications due to manufacturing or display differences.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments must be made through approved modes only (e.g., bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, cheque, or cash, subject to applicable laws). Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics, third-party courier services, or unforeseen circumstances. The Company is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect as per order. Requests for return/exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 working days. Customized or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, designs, product images, and content displayed by Shyam Garments are the property of the Company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
